About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated senior tax specialist to join our team. The Senior Tax Specialist position is responsible for working with Tax Manager/Senior Manager/Director on domestic compliance and provision matters.--What You'll Do:

• Assist in the annual preparation of federal and state corporate/partnership income tax returns.
• Assist with extension/quarterly estimated calculations and payments.
• Assist with preparation of provision workpapers under ASC740 guidelines.
• Support the company with tax audits and notices by pulling relevant information and responding to tax authorities.
• Stay up-to-date with current tax legislation and industry news.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.--What We're Looking For:
  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree with Accounting/Tax/Finance/Economics field of study
  • Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Accounting/Tax Field of Study preferred.
  • CPA (or equivalent) with public or private accounting experience--preferred.----
  • Recognizes and attends to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Interacts effectively with all levels of management.
  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
