Floater plays a crucial role in supporting general office functions
and ensuring smooth daily operations within the customer service
department. This role involves direct interaction with customers
and sales personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Support:Answering
and directing phone callsInputting sales orders
accuratelyPerforming data entry, inventory management, and filing
tasksCustomer Relations:Communicating with customers to ensure
products meet their requirementsResolving technical issues
professionally and promptlyGeneral Office Duties:Assisting with
other tasks and assignments as needed to enhance office
productivityQualificationsEducation/CertificationsHigh School
Diploma or GED requiredExperience1-2 years of relevant experience
in an office environmentSkills & AbilitiesSelf-Motivated: Able to
identify, examine, and resolve issues independently while adhering
to guidelines and proceduresKnowledge of Production Processes:
Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, and quality
control methodsMechanical Aptitude: Understanding of office tools
and machines (e.g., calculator, copier, fax machine,
