A company is looking for a Graphic Designer, Growth -
Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Concept and execute eye-catching, conversion-focused ads for
various digital platforms
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and align
with the company's voice
Collaborate with teams to design ads optimized for click-through
rates and conversions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of
digital ad creatives
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in
motion graphics/video editing
Understanding of performance marketing and ad metrics
Ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust designs
accordingly
Ability to thrive in a remote environment while meeting
deadlines
