Key Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering and Recruiting Teams to implement sourcing
strategies
Source and engage passive talent using various tools and
techniques
Mentor junior team members and lead sourcing initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate
sourcing
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
