Job Description:
A company is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to oversee
geotechnical operations and manage staff while delivering technical
solutions for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the geotechnical engineering staff and laboratory
operations
Prepare technical documents, including soil engineering
investigations and retaining wall designs
Oversee field inspections to ensure quality and compliance with
project specifications
Qualifications
Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in California (Civil or
Geotechnical)
In-depth knowledge of ASTM, ACI, CALTRANS, and CBC standards
Familiarity with construction inspection and materials testing
processes is a plus
