Job Description:
A company is looking for a PEO Implementation Manager to oversee
the implementation for Professional Employer Organization
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for PEO
services, focusing on payroll processes
Partner with clients to customize payroll solutions that meet their
operational and compliance needs
Oversee data collection, validation, and migration processes for
transitioning client payroll information
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in payroll implementation, preferably within
a PEO or HR service environment
2+ years of experience in an implementation manager role
Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software for payroll system
configuration
Familiarity with global payroll processes and PEO operations
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and local labor
laws
