Marketing Manager/Director will be a critical leader responsible
for developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies
that drive lead generation, elevate brand positioning, and support
revenue growth for our ERP and IT MSP services. This role combines
strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with
sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company
objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
designing high-impact campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights,
and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Key
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned with
business goals, focusing on driving top of funnel lead generation,
customer engagement, prospect nurturing, and brand visibility.
- Position i-Tech Support as a thought leader and trusted partner
in the ERP and IT MSP spaces through compelling campaigns and
content.
- Work with leadership to define and prioritize marketing goals,
manage a budget to support growth initiatives for Acumatica and IT
MSP solutions.Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns,
leveraging digital platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars,
social media, and more.
- Optimize the sales funnel by creating and deploying tailored
lead-nurturing campaigns based on customer personas, lifecycle
stages, and data insights.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to
develop engaging assets, including whitepapers, videos, eBooks, and
case studies.Sales Enablement & Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing
strategies with sales objectives, ensuring seamless integration
between lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Develop sales enablement tools, such as pitch decks, email
templates, and competitive battle cards, to support deal
closure.
- Gather feedback from sales and adjust marketing efforts to
improve outcomes.Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using tools such as
HubSpot, CRM platforms, and data analytics to measure ROI and
inform future strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on campaign
effectiveness, market trends, and opportunities for
improvement.
- Regularly report on key marketing metrics and progress toward
objectives.Branding & Messaging
- Strengthen i-Tech Support's brand presence across all channels
by creating consistent, impactful messaging that resonates with
target audiences.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the company's value
proposition and customer-centric mission.
- Oversee the company's online presence, including the website,
social media, and paid media campaigns.Leadership &
Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team,
fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive and sales teams,
contributing to broader business strategies.Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in a
senior or leadership role. Experience with direct reports
preferred.
- Proven expertise in ERP, IT MSP, or related industries, with a
deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies and SaaS
marketing.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content marketing, and
demand generation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot
preferred), CRM platforms, email automation, ZoomInfo, and
analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills, with a
results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
(Master's degree preferred but not required).What We Offer
