Schedule: Full Time Shift : Night 5pm-5am (with rotating weekends and holidays) The community you'll be caring for: Emergency Department The role you'll contribute: The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit. The value you'll bring to the team: Lead the Employees - Has a working knowledge of performance expectations for all employees on the unit. Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization. Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM Business of Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : Minimum qualifications : Associate or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school required Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license At least Charge level experience BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
