Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Service Center to lead and
manage the Customer Service organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality programs and manage knowledge bases to enhance
customer interactions
Lead customer service technology deployment and vendor relationship
management
Develop talent through feedback, training, and career development
initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a Director or higher role in a large multi-channel
contact center
Strong understanding of customer service technologies, including
cloud telephony and CRMs
Experience with KPIs related to customer service performance
Proven ability to manage change and implement process
improvements
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally
