Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of
Account Executives in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Build trust and relationships with team members through regular 1:1
meetings
Coach team members by providing feedback and facilitating their
improvement
Engage in sales deals, assisting team members to close
effectively
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales management experience in a high-growth SaaS
organization
6+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor
Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) company
Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
Resourceful and capable of finding solutions independently
