Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learner Experience Manager who will
champion learner satisfaction and support academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the learner experience for multiple cohorts, ensuring high
satisfaction and graduation rates
Act as a strategic consultant for instructors and learners,
addressing course-related queries and managing instructional team
communications
Analyze feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous
improvement in the learning experience
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a tech or education field
1+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or
academic operations
Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Track record of delivering outstanding customer and stakeholder
satisfaction
1+ year experience in a technical role is preferred
