  • Will clinicians float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - All PCU, ICU, MS, and ED will be required to float to all four hospitals.
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Depends on unit need. Manager will need to approve prior to offer.

    • Job Requirements
    • Pending License accepted: N - Florida State or compact license required at time of submission
    • Locals accepted: Y - same rate as travelers.
    • RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.
    • Special Requirements: 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within LAST YEAR must be included with submission
    • Flu vaccine required 10/31-3/31 -- Medical/Religious Exemptions ONLY.

          • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support is confirmed required for ER, Stepdown/PCU, ICU, PACU, Interventional Radiology and Dialysis
          • BLS - Basic Life Support is confirmed required for PACU, ER
          • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support is confirmed required for ER units
          • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure is confirmed required for ER units
          • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course is confirmed required for ER units
          • NIH Stroke Certification is confirmed required for PACU, MS, Tele, Stepdown/PCU, ICU, ER, Oncology, Dialysis units. Must be renewed annually.
