Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare EAP Worklife Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Assess resource needs and propose options for community service
providers
Provide resource referrals and educate individuals on utilizing
resources for various life situations
Document member interactions and perform outbound calls in a call
center environment
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in educating individuals/families on
community resources
1+ year of experience working with elderly and/or adults with
disabilities
1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case
management
1+ year of experience conducting resource needs assessments
Access to broadband or fiber internet with specific speed
requirements
