Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional rotating
weekend)
Unit: Case Management
Duration: 13 weeks
General Information:
Number of Beds: 523
Patient Ratio: 25-30 patients per case manager
Unit Staffing: Case Managers are stationed on the units
Floating Policy: N/A
Requirements:
Experience: Acute care hospital case management experience
required
Certifications: ACM or CCM preferred (not required)
Documentation Systems: Meditech, Midas, and Careport (formerly
