the development of highly qualified, motivated engineers by
exposing them to different program types, business units,
geographic locations, and elements of the design life cycle.
Participants are also paired with a mentor to guide their
development through the program. Additionally, participants will
have access to education assistance, robust training, and
cross-functional engagement to accelerate their career growth. Some
elements of the job include:
- Provide mechanical engineering support for both new product
development activities as well as factory support of existing
products.
- Translate product requirements into a mechanical specification
and test plan to be used for development.
- Execute verification testing as defined by the mechanical
specification and test plan.
- Conduct design analysis and testing, both structural and
thermal, to prove design will meet customer requirements.
