Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead Manager to oversee
AI-driven product development and lead a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of generative AI models to enhance
the customer data platform
Align team priorities with company objectives and promote technical
excellence across projects
Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team through
mentoring and fostering a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead Manager with a focus on
developing and mentoring engineers
Strong technical expertise in Python and data systems; experience
with Snowflake is a plus
5+ years of software development experience, particularly in AI and
machine learning
Solid understanding of AI/ML principles applicable to
customer-facing products
A passion for fostering team growth and delivering impactful
technical solutions
