Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst Agile Program Management for
a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver
high-quality products
Facilitate all Scrum events and ensure adherence to Scrum theory
and practices
Manage project scope, resources, and budget while resolving team
impediments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of product/project development
experience on an Agile Team
First level PM and Scrum Master certification (PMI-PMP, CSM, PSM,
PMI-ACP)
Extensive knowledge of program and project management principles
and methods
Experience with multiple PPM and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum,
Kanban)
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
applications
