Key Responsibilities
Edit and create practical guidance, forms, and legal analysis for
Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation topics
Develop online legal products for Employee Benefits
practitioners
Ensure projects are completed by prescribed deadlines
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
2-4 years of experience as an Employee Benefits attorney
Experience in drafting and reviewing Employee Benefits agreements
and policies
Substantive knowledge of ERISA, retirement plans, and related
employee benefits topics
