Job Description:

A company is looking for a Telehealth Counselor to provide remote counseling services in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 phone or video appointments per day
Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions to address clients' presenting issues
Ensure proper referrals to long-term treatment and maintain up-to-date documentation

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
Independent clinical license in Virginia
Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy
Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
