Servicing Specialist III

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Servicing Specialist III to manage escalated loan servicing issues and oversee sub-servicer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between management and sub-servicer for issue resolution
Coordinate and execute asset loan transfers and manage servicing projects
Analyze servicing oversight exceptions and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of broad working knowledge in the mortgage industry
High school diploma or GED required
5-7 years of mortgage industry client/customer service experience
Minimum of 2 years in project management and 3 years in sub-servicing oversight
Familiarity with servicing requirements for Agency and Government loan products
