Benefits Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for administering and enhancing global benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle benefits administration, including enrollment and vendor support
Participate in annual renewal and open enrollment processes, including communication of new programs
Provide support to employees on benefits inquiries and maintain benefits policies

Required Qualifications

3+ years of progressive HR experience focused on benefits administration
Experience in benefits management within a multinational organization, preferably in tech
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Discretion in handling confidential information
CEBS or CBS designation is considered an asset
