Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic
initiatives for corporate and divisional goals
Conduct research and data analysis on the Medicare Advantage market
to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare reports and presentations to inform strategic
decision-making and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) or 3+ years of strategy
experience
3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to lead
through influence
3+ years of technical experience in data analytics and
reporting
Market operations knowledge
Ability to build consensus and alignment with programs
