Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Head of Content
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Co-lead the content department and provide strategic direction to
team leads
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with
business objectives
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of
content team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a
related field
At least 7 years of experience in content creation, strategy, or
management roles, including 3 years in a leadership position
Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration into
content strategies
Proven ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
Familiarity with content tools and platforms, such as CMS and
analytics software
