Job Description:
A company is looking for a Critical Incident Specialist to
provide expertise and analysis to mitigate the risk of
noncompliance related to Critical Incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the Critical Incident Reporting program
objectives
Conduct ongoing element reviews specific to Critical Incident
activities and state requirements
Develop recommendations related to Critical Incident specific job
aids and system improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum three years of Service Coordination and/or Quality Review
Auditing experience required
Proficient in MS Office; intermediate skills in Excel and Word
required
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to apply
logical reasoning
