Job Description:

Position: Production Manager (Food) Location: Lakeland, Florida area Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business
At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and Key Process Indicators (KPI)
Manage Production Team, Production Schedules, and Workforce Labor Planning to achieve on-time Customer deliveries.
Maintain Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in Production Lines and Packaging Equipment
Knowledge of AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
