Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Program
Manager to drive HR optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced HR metrics in Workday to support
organizational objectives
Lead end-to-end program management for HR optimization projects,
ensuring timely delivery
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and provide
regular updates to leadership on program status
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field with
a focus on HR systems
7+ years of experience in end-to-end program management
Expertise in Workday, including HR metrics and reporting
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Technology, HR,
and Operations
Certification or experience with project management methodologies
(e.g., PMP, Agile) is preferred
