Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Commercial to join
their legal team in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various multi-jurisdictional
commercial and technology-related agreements
Support the sales organization in negotiating and closing
revenue-generating agreements with enterprise clients
Conduct legal research and analysis, providing practical legal
advice and preparing necessary legal documents
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department or
respected law firm
JD from an accredited US law school; admission to at least one
state bar is a bonus
Demonstrated excellence in legal drafting and negotiating complex
agreements
Working knowledge of data protection laws
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple
tasks under deadline pressure
